You have already used mysqldump to backup your database if you have been using MySQL for a while. I am going to show you how to build a quick complete and partial backup using mysqldump in part one of this blog. I’ll show you how to use MySQL Enterprise Backup (the successor of the InnoDB Hot Backup product) in part two.
